By commissioning me, you agree to everything written here, and on my commissions page.

 

• i take payment upfront, and in full,  so please make sure to have all the money you need when commissioning me. the payment methods i accept are Paypal (USD/$) and Deviantart Points (1USD/$= 100 points)

• the typical waiting time for my commissions is 1 month, unless explicitly stated otherwise. if there's any delays i'll let you know. 

​

•  you may ask for status updates and WIPs at any time

​

•  i don't work with super tight deadlines (ex. a day/a few days).

​

•  i always create personal art while working on commissions- it is my way of stress-relieving. this does not mean that i pay any less attention to commissions- they are still worked on at the same pace they would have been if i weren't doing personal art, so don't worry, i haven't forgotten about your commission :)

• i reserve the right to refuse any commission.

​

• purchasing a commission from me doesn't give you the right to copy, trace or claim the artwork as your own. you may edit it, add particular effects or overlays or use it in mood boards or aesthetics, but always with proper credit .

 

Refund Policy

 

• i only offer refunds if it has been more than 3 weeks since you commissioned me.

​

• if I've started working on your commission and it's been over 3 weeks you may request a partial refund.

​

• i very rarely refund people by choice, but if this does happen i will let you know in advance.

​

• if your piece is already completed, i will not offer you a refund.  if you don't like how the commission turned out, i can try to make edits on the layered file, for up to 10 days after you've seen/reacted to it.

​

• if i don't have enough money to refund you, i'll let you know, and i'll send you the money back in up to a month. Paypal refunds can usually take me up to a week, but Deviantart point refunds can take a lot longer, as i usually convert all my points into Paypal money. please be patient with me, as i'm doing my best to give you your money back.
